Our Story
Founded by Jeremy Miner and Brandon Sprague, Built NW was born out of a simple idea: to bridge the gap between craftsmanship and construction management. By combining deep field expertise with forward-thinking financial and operational leadership, Built NW delivers seamless, turn-key shell solutions that let clients build with confidence.

Brandon Sprague
Founder & CEO
Brandon is the CEO and a founding partner at Built NW, leading the company with vision, energy, and a relentless drive for excellence. With experience at industry leaders like James Hardie and Sherwin-Williams, he brings a strong foundation in sales, product knowledge, and partnership development. Brandon’s strengths lie in team leadership, business development, branding, and creative problem-solving—anchored by an extraordinary ability to build and nurture relationships that last. Known for his direct and honest leadership style, he inspires those around him through his competitiveness, communication, and big-picture thinking. Outside of work, Brandon is a dedicated husband and father of two boys, coaching soccer for PAC NW and still playing the game himself. Whether he’s closing deals, mentoring his team, or chasing a ball down the field, Brandon brings the same passion, focus, and drive that define Built NW’s culture.
Jeremy Miner
Founder & CFO
Jeremy is the CFO and a founding partner at Built NW, where he blends strategic financial leadership with real-world construction experience. With a background in managing complex multi-family and commercial projects, he ensures Built NW operates with precision, efficiency, and integrity. Jeremy’s strengths lie in financial strategy, process development, and risk management, but his leadership is rooted in people—empowering teams, building trust, and fostering a culture of accountability and respect. A former city council member and board president for multiple organizations, Jeremy brings a wealth of leadership experience and community insight to the company. Outside of work, he’s a proud husband, father of three, and grandfather, with one son and two daughters. A lifelong baseball player and coach, Jeremy’s passion for teamwork, discipline, and mentorship extends well beyond the field—values that continue to shape both his life and the Built NW culture.
Dan Leenstra
Partner & COO
Dan is the COO and a founding partner at Built NW, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial and multi-family construction across the Northwest. Having served as a Regional, Senior, and Site Superintendent for multiple companies, he’s built a reputation for leading teams with precision, purpose, and a problem-solving mindset. Dan’s strengths lie in team building, preconstruction and value engineering, site management, sequencing, scheduling, and logistics—all anchored by clear communication and a commitment to quality. Known as a motivator and teacher, he takes pride in helping others grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, Dan is a dedicated husband and father of two daughters, serving as booster club president for their competitive cheer organization. When he’s not on a jobsite or in the stands, you’ll likely find him on the golf course. A Biola University honors graduate with dual majors, Dan brings the same balance of intellect, heart, and discipline to every project he leads.
